How would you describe your style of photography?
My style is natural, simple and timeless. I focus on capturing genuine moments with soft, neutral tones and a laid-back approach. This helps create timeless, authentic images that you’ll treasure forever.

Do I need to pay a booking fee?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your session, with the remaining balance due one week before the shoot. The booking fee is non-refundable, but I’m here to help if anything comes up and you need to adjust your session date.

Where do the sessions take place?
I offer sessions either in the comfort of your own home or at one of my favorite local spots. For newborn sessions, I always prefer to come to you at home, as long as there’s good natural light, regardless of the style of your home.

What should I wear?
Clothing plays a big part in making your shoot perfect! I recommend wearing plain, muted tones like white, cream, pale grey, camel, or khaki. Please avoid black and denim if possible. For men, chinos with a simple polo, shirt, or long-sleeved sweatshirt are ideal. Women can wear casual dresses, and for babies and children, I suggest dressing them in a similar colour to you, and wear a simple romper, dress, or dungarees (don’t forget bloomers for babies still in nappies!). If you’d like to paint your toenails, keep it subtle with natural tones.

How long will the session last?

• Maternity shoots: About 1 hour

• Newborn shoots: Up to 2.5 hours

• Motherhood sessions: 1 hour

• Family sessions: 1 hour

When is the best time for outdoor portrait sessions?
The best light for outdoor sessions happens either first thing in the morning or late afternoon/early evening. It’s the most flattering light, and it gives us that soft, glowing effect you see in all the best portraits.

What if it rains?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, no worries – we’ll reschedule your shoot as close to the original date as possible. I keep my schedule flexible to make sure we get the best possible outcome for your photos.

What if my child is unwell before the session?
Life happens! If your child isn’t feeling well, I absolutely recommend we reschedule to a later date – there’s no extra charge for this. I want you and your family to be in the best mood possible to create those magical moments.

How far in advance should I book a portrait shoot?
To make sure we get the perfect time for your session, I recommend booking about three months in advance, as my schedule can fill up quickly. But feel free to reach out even if it’s last minute, and I’ll do my best to fit you in!

Are you willing to travel?
Definitely! I’m always happy to travel for shoots, and I’m more than happy to come to you. Travel fees may apply depending on the location and time involved. Please get in touch for a personalised quote and to discuss your needs.

When will I receive my photos?
It usually takes about 3-4 weeks for you to receive your full gallery. However, I’ll send you a sneak preview of some images within one or two weeks after the shoot.

How will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery that will be available for one year. You can download full-resolution images as many times as you like, and easily share your gallery link with family and friends.

Can I order prints and albums through you?
Yes, absolutely! I offer a selection of luxury fine art prints and albums. I absolutely love the idea of turning your photos into a beautiful album or display print that you’ll enjoy for years to come. How many images are included when I purchase the full gallery?
When you purchase the full gallery, you’ll typically receive around 80-100+ images, depending on the session. I make sure to include all the best moments, so you have a beautiful collection of memories to cherish.
